Breakfast

 A piece of toast + boiled egg + dish of green salad or a grain of fruit


Lunch


 Carbohydrates : - 3 tablespoons of rice or pasta (not visit) 

 Protein :- a quarter of a chicken roasted or cooked by steaming or two fish a medium-bodied or small packet of tuna without oil or 2 hard-boiled egg. (One type only) 

 Vegetables :- a dish of green salad or a platter of fresh vegetables cooked by steam. 

 Fruit :- After completion of the lunch hour can eat only one piece of fruit.
                                                       

                                                     


Dinner




Cup of natural yogurt or hard-boiled egg or a piece of toast



 with a fresh green salad or 2 pieces of fruit

* By following these instructions and daily food for a month Will lose about 10 kg of weight


* But you have to exercise because it plays a big role to complete the effect of dieting . Must be at least jogging on a daily basis for 30 minutes
